Had been pondering for some time whether to buy a Citizen CA0080-54E Red Arrows watch. I found H S Johnson patient in answering my questions which included whether the metal strap would fit my wrist as standard. I was advised that it would not and they offered to get and fit additional links at no additional charge.
Pleased with watch that I have purchased from them at a good price. Their customer service really clinched the deal for me.
