Very promptly shipped. Unfortunately they lost points due to their courier service provider here in Canada (Canada Post - the equivalent of Royal Mail). Item left the day it was ordered and it was delivered promptly to Canada and cleared Canada Customs in just over 2 days. That is where it came to a grinding halt. I am still waiting for delivery of the item 8 days later and it is less than 10 km away at some postal depot. Way to go Canada Post. They definitely aren't the Royal Mail. You may want to review your delivery provider here in Canada.
