I bought a Citizen watch from this company as a present for my wife. I used their internet page which was clear and easy to use and went through their online purchasing procedure without any problems. Within a few hours I was sent a Royal Mail tracking number and thus was able to follow the progress of the parcel. The next day the watch was on my wifes wrist.

On the strength of this, I ordered a watch for myself which again was delivered the next day.
