I am very impressed with H. S. Johnson. I will start by mentioning my order arrived several days later than estimated, so you might expect I would be bitter, but I am not, and here's why. First, I placed my order late on Sunday night in the US and woke up to an order confirmation and shipping notification on Monday morning. My watch was on an airplane bound for Chicago that very day. I only live about three hours from Chicago so I was hopeful that my new watch would arrive quickly. After arriving in Chicago, however, it took three days to show up at the Chicago post office. Then a couple days later it shows up at the Austin Texas post office. Then two days later it arrives at my house. I certainly can't fault H. S. Johnson for that bit of nonsense. What I can give them credit for is that my new watch arrived well packaged and in pristine condition just as promised. I would certainly do business with them again and would absolutely recommend you do as well.
