Bought a Bulova Watch at a very good price, had a problem with delivery Royal Mail, phoned up re next day delivery, and they immediately sent me another one on 24 Tracked, recieved next day with the other one also.
That's what's I call great customer service.
Returned other watch to them and was immediately refunded my postage money.
