Having suffered appalling service from Tag Heur, I took my husband's watch to Johnsons Jewellwer in Rugeley and they had the winder fixed in no time. Quality service, excellent price and no issues. Faultless! I wish I'd purchased my Tag from Johnson's in the first place.
