Don't even deserve 1 star. This company prides itself by selling fake copies of branded watch which comes damaged. Ordered a Lotus watch from them online. Took them ages to process the order. May be tgey were ordering the fake copy from China which took time to arrive. Had to chase few times until the watch arrived when I was on holidays. When I opened the watch after coming back from holidays, I noticed a scratch on the watch knob. Also, the metal strap is too long so needs to be shortened to fit my wrist. No instructions or manual given for this. Could not find anything online either. So, I contacted them for a exchange for the same design or refund. Customer service blatantly refused to do either saying it has already been 11 days since the item was delivered and they won't accept any returns for refund or exchange. I kept explaining that by the watch arrived, I already went for holidays and just opened the box after coming back from holidays. I repeatedly sent proof of watch still in original packaging and with all tags but, they won't listen. Very unprofessional, dishonest and fardulent company. I am pretty sure the watch is even genuine and they are selling fake copies. Going to report them to trading standard.
