The first watch I bought was too blingy compared to the web photo (possibly my eyesight). Refunded no problem whatsoever.
The second watch I bought was also refunded no problem whatsoever (definitely my eyesight).
Third time lucky with the Barbour watch I bought....an excellent buy at the H.S Johnson price.
In my opinion the quality of service I was afforded was exceptional & I would recommend H.S. Johnson to anyone. Alan, Newcastle -upon - Tyne.
