The service received from H.S Johnson was exceptional. I rung on day one and got all my questions answered in detail (I asked a lot). I ordered thereafter and paid for - next day pre 1pm delivery, in which it arrived safely and securely on time. Steve, whom I spoke with was extremely informative and reiterated if I was unhappy or changed my mind I could exchange or have a full refund this reassured me, as purchasing online can be worrying. When my order arrived I wanted to do neither, the item was stunning! I also emailed Steve last minute (seconds to last minute) to ask for links to be removed before the last stated dispatch time. I didn't think he would be able to carry this out due to the last minute request and time frame, but he did, and still got my delivery to me on time. Fantastic company, I will highly recommend.
