Firstly, I received a swift response to an email even though the shop was closed. Secondly, the price for the watch I was buying was by far the cheapest I could find, in fact, a competitor that offers price match would not match it! Thirdly, the whole buying process from ordering to delivery was first class; great communication and extremely quick arrival with a signed for service. I will certainly be back when I am shopping for another watch. A truly excellent experience!
