I bought a watch just before New Year and after 3 weeks the strap started to give me a horrible red rash.I got in touch with H.S. Johnson and they said they would get in touch with the manufacturers.After they contacted them they were told that nothing could be done and were not willing to help.
To their great credit Steve Mason of H.S.Johnson said he would let me have a full refund and chase the manufacturer further himself at a later date.Now thats what I call customer service at its best and would like to publicly thank Steve and H.S.Johnson for their considerate gesture.
Once the faulty watch has been returned I will be in the process of choosing another watch as replacement and will probably end up spending more but you don't mind when you are treated so well.
