I had decided what watch I wanted through researching the internet, and I had found some very low prices in the US. However, it became clear that these were not certified resellers, and I feared that their products would be substandard. Since I live in Qatar now, I looked for reputable Citizen retailers and found H.S.Johnson on the net...but I balked midway through the online order process because I didn't know about shipments into Qatar (ie. duty, tracking, delivery, etc.) A short while later I received an email from Steve Mason--his contact and advice convinced me to follow-through with the order. I am very happy I did! The watch was on my wrist a week later and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire process. Thanks Steve and H.S.Johnson!
