Bought a Suunto watch, mega quick delivery next day after order, watch looked new but when I checked it was all setup and had some exercises on it so looked used.
Emailed H S Johnson and they replied promptly to answer my query, they stated that they definitely do not sell 2nd hand but were happy to give me some money off so I kept the watch.
I would definitely use them again.
