The watch arrived in 2 days. H.S.Johnson had kept us informed of the status of the order all the way. We thought there was a problem with the surface finish problem on the watch, but the excellent response from the enquiries desk pointed us to a really close fitting surface. The response desk replied within 3 hours, at the weekend. All in all excellent support and the cheapest price for the watch we bought. I can definately reccomend them.
