I have been a customer of H.S.Johnson since 2014 and have found them to be incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reliable; their prices are very competitive. Initially a walk-in customer, living in Rugeley at the time, I am now a mail order customer. I am utterly amazed at how quickly this small jeweller and watchmaker can turn an order around - even at a weekend! I guess that being situated next door but one from the Post Office helps! Orders are always very well packaged and I have not had cause to return anything for any reason. Thoroughly recommend this retailer - and I'll be dropping in if I ever have to pass through Rugeley in the future!
