This is the first time I have had dealings with H.S.Johnson and I can only say that I am very impressed. Their ordering system is very clear, concise, and easy to use, and the item ordered was actually in my hand LESS than 48 hrs after placing the order. I don't think anyone can improve on that. The item ordered arrived well packaged and in very good condition and is exactly as described, so no unwelcome surprises. There are a couple of little gripes with the performance of the item, but these would need to be taken up with the manufacturer rather than the supplier. So I have, as yet, had no cause to contact H.S.Johnson's Customer Support Team (assuming they have such a thing) and therefore can't comment on their efficiency or otherwise. All in all H.S.Johnson are good people to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend them anywhere. I also look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
