Decided to call H. S. Johnson with regards to a watch they had on sale.
The representative I spoke to was very helpful and a deal was done.
Had to buy through their website as no payment can be made over the phone - not an issue - infact it was very straightforward.
The watch arrived within the timescale mentioned.
