I have never bought a watch through H.S.Johnson before, however, based on their customer support and follow up I would certainly use them again. I originally purchased an automatic watch which was delivered to me within 24 hours, however, over the next few days faults started to appear, day/date not working correctly and also the watch stopping once or twice each day. On contacting customer support I explained the problems and said I would reset the watch once again to see if it would correct itself....it did not and on contacting them again it was agreed to send the watch back (postage refunded by H.S.Johnson). On receipt of my faulty watch a new one was dispatched overnight and on delivery I checked it and someone at H.S.Johnson had setup the watch for me and not only was it running and showing the correct time but also later that night it changed day & day correctly. I have to say that their service is second to none, in this era of online trading to find a company that will go that extra mile on behalf of their customer is truly exceptional. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending H.S.Johnson, and I most certainly would buy another watch from them.
