I ordered a watch as a Christmas present. The watch arrived the next day in perfect condition. Unfortunately the present was not wanted and I had to return the watch. A couple of days later the money I had paid had been refunded to my account. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Staff were helpful and courteous. Online shopping as it should be. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
