I ordered 2 Citizen watches via your website & dealt with Steve Mason. One of the watches needed the bracelet strap sizing & I forwarded Steve my wrist measurement via Email (due to social distancing measures of course !) The watch fitted perfectly & overall I was delighted with both the watches & the service I received from Steve & also the very generous discount offered on both watches. Furthermore I was given a free gift of a portable charger as I collected the watches in person due to postal issues where I live,this was very much appreciated !
