Why not a 5 stars? The good: they had the watch I wanted at the best price by far (over £100 cheaper than elsewhere) & they offer a free Bracelet adjustment service. The not so good: My Certina Warranty Card was missing & I was unable to phone them up due to lines being closed. So would probably not buy from again.
