Very prompt service and excellent price. Responded very quickly to an enquiry regarding the operation of the watch. My only issue is that I would have chosen a different model had I known the hands and dial are not luminous so it's impossible to see the time in the dark without using the back-light, which is also very soft so reading the time in the dark is difficult. But that was my fault for not checking.
