I returned a product and received a confirmation email HSN received the return and I’d be getting a refund. When that refund never came I called and was told I would not be getting it because HSN never received initial payment even though the money was debited from my account. So many things about that do not add up and they could not provide any other answer. I’m having to dispute it through my bank.
