When I aske door my mortgage they had a service and were there whenever I had a question. After it was a complete different story. They lied to me, screamed at me when I came in person, don’t respond to emails,…..now they closed the one branch in my neighborhood and when I wrote to the customerservice details I got, they answered after a week in a different language and when I asked them to answer in the language I am writing I never heard back from them. I am going now bank shopping. I was before at the Santander bank. They literally stealing from their clients so that is for sure not an option. I knew that Deutsche bank was a little bit more expensive but I went there because of the service. What a disappointment!!!!!
