They repeatedly charge you with really ridicouls ways (mobileTAN). I insisted multiple times personally in the bank that I want them to stop sending me printed bank statements, which is absolutely uncessary with the internet banking, but they still have been sending me the printed statements, for which, they obviously charge more.
The real nightmare started when they blocked my banking. I moved from Germany and because I am not able to recieve post anymore (which I insisted to not to recieve anymore) they blocked my banking while I was in Israel. After phone call with the helpline, I was informed that I have to go to one of the Deutsche Bank offices. Therefore, my bank blocked my account while I was abroad.
