Ordered a pair of shoes back on 25th April. I received a very poor order acknowledgment e-mail. The actual amount of money debited from my account was around £12 more than the order price on their web-site. After weeks of chasing, I received a pair of black trainers were shipped from China! I then chased them again and asked to get my original shoes delivered. After many e-mail prompts, there is no telephone contact point, this proved too difficult. I then asked for a refund, which was acknowledged, but over 4 months later, this has never materialised. Please never use this site, you will pay more and may never get what you ordered.
