We made a large purchase of doors and skirting for our entire house costing in excess of £22,500.00. This product is made in Spain and our order took five months to arrive. In our opinion the product is extremely poor. The installation by SWD was appalling resulting in numerous issues including erratic site attendance. Two sets of matched double doors were an eyesore. The product and services were rejected under Consumer Rights Act 2015. SWD refused to accept our claim and so we had to turn to our Credit Card Company to secure the return of our funds, which we have now received.
