Bruno was great to deal with, but getting the letter into production was a bit overly complicated and caused a delay. I asked up front if they needed any more info other than what I sent (which was all the info they requested) and they didn't say that they did. Then a few days later there was an issue with our logo that I had to help them resolve, I had to push them to get it out as it was already delayed. Thankfully they were able to despatch the letter a day early.
