All I can say is auto renewed for another 4 years without realizing.
Basically you have to give notice 6 months before end of a 4 year contract or you are trapped into paying for another 4 years. Definitely no reminders sent out by Citation. So basically tough luck. A very uncaring company. Sending letter and email to cancel now, ready for Dec 2024 1 star is 1 star too many!
