This company is horrible! i bought a game card and the code was not valid, keep in mind that there is no customer support phone number. I then created a ticket as per protocal and a few hours later i was told that the ticket is auto generated and i was asked if i shared the card, which i told them over and over that i did not share the card. i have since emailed then a few times frustrated because the keep saying the same thing to me, "did i share the card." NO HELP since, no refund either, stay away from this company if you need help.....none available!!!!
