To be honest the mystery bags were okay. The service wasn't the best at first as I didn't get a response after a few days, but it turned out my email had gone into their spam folder. When they did response, they were helpful and quick, and were also very apologetic. My free gift had not been applied to my order when I purchased it but they have since amended the issue and are sending me a free gift.
