Excellent and prompt service despite the vageries of the Post Office. Products always in perfect condition and as described and well packaged. Items always competivly priced and good value for money. Appreciate the sweets ( nice touch ) and the points earned on purchases redeemable on subsequent purchases. Never had a problem. Eleven out of ten for customer service
