I was recommended the Collagen Hydrolysate by a friend of mine. I've been going through a period of losing quite a lot of hair, she recommended i give it a try. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks and have noticed a slight improvement. It's only early days, hopefully I will see improvements within the next few weeks.
