The woman I spoke with to place my order was friendly but ineffectual. I complained that the metal back of my bubble wrapped product made it difficult to get the capsules out . In fact,several times, I have had cuts to my fingers,which bled!! She told me that an international company provided these capsules in this form and gpawholefoods couldn't do anything about it!!!!???!! Well now I have my local health store looking for a similar product so I won't be cut when I use it!!! I noticed that my Osteo Panadol capsules are also in similar bubble wrap. However the metal backing is not sharp and breaks as I struggle to take a capsule out each time!
