Excellent customer service in the following respects--pleasant web interface for shopping, and good notification service by email of when products were re-stocked. Quick processing and shipping, with seamless delivery to a parcel locker. Excellent packaging that is both environmentally friendly, but also conscious of fragile, breakable glass jars. Can't tell if Katrina truly signed the included postcard with an actual pen, but as a first-time customer, I felt welcomed with all correspondence included in the invoice and separately in the package. Pricing is quite reasonable for high-quality items from both organic, pasture-raised farms in Tas but also around the world. Overall very satisfied!
