I'm currently using the Thankfully Nourished Gelatin and have been for several years, I'm extremely happy with the results of my culinary uses, plus I add it to my smoothies in the morning to help obtain the extra benefits it provides me with in the form of nutrients to aid in my keeping in good health. GPA is an Australian company and I'm pleased to be able to purchase from them as I was originally getting my gelatin from overseas.
