I ordered bottarga having watched Tucci in Italy, and previously enjoying hard smoked cods' roe as a child in the UK. To my knowledge this product is not sold, nor made, in Tasmania - what a shame! The parcel arrived within 24 hours by post. It is as I hoped, and is delicious 😋
