Great service - I had to contact customer service by phone as I had made an error in my order. The advisor was so helpful and efficient and sorted the issue for me. Subsequently I needed to exchange shoes for a bigger size and followed instructions on website and within a few days had the new shoes. Whatsapp service was responsive also. Happy to recommend.
