Having painstakingly gone through the ordering process (itself not easy, because of the segregation of shoe sizes), the website then refused to allow me to order anything: every delivery option was "unavailable" -- I was told to select another one, only for that to be "unavailable" too. I also find it highly suspicious that the company is collecting date of birth information: why on earth would it need that? No other online shop asks you to share that kind of personal info.
