I have had my latest FTP 5000T box for 5 years and it has been fault free until a couple of days ago, when all it displayed was a message saying that the signal was too weak. After checking, I phoned the Customer Support and was immediately sent an email giving a step by step guide to a solution.
This worked perfectly, which proves that the backup service is great.
