Unfortunately Humber Runner were subject to supplier delays so I received my item a lot (3 weeks) later than estimated but all the while communication was great. Emails were answered honestly and very, very quickly. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
I can't dock a star for the delay as it was out of their control (Garmin are notoriously bad at launch of new items) and the service was excellent.
