I'm not a runner. Not even a bit. Just joined a couch to 5k programme and Humber Runner were recommended for trainers etc. I was even more scared of going to a proper running shop than I was of the actual running. The man in the shop was brilliant...reassuring and full of useful advice. Even better, I wasn't made to feel silly despite my complete and utter lack of knowledge. Genuinely impressed.
