I recently rang for advice as my husband is disabled and needs extra support in his trainers to avoid falls. I was told to bring my husband into the shop so that we could be given advice after seeing him walking .Because Humber runner has such a good reputation I put my trust in the staffs advice and paid over the odds (£100) for trainers that my husband would only be wearing in the house. On trying them at home, we realised that although they support , they are over tilting him and so to avoid any accidents I returned them to the shop today only to be told that I could not be refunded as the trainers were not faulty! I am so disappointed as we are now left with an expensive pair of trainers that are of no use. Really expected better customer service and certainly will not be shopping or promoting this business to friends
