Rang them first because I wanted to know if was OK to order 2 pairs for size. Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable chap on phone. Got more sense of out him than I did going into a Very Well Known Nationwide COMPETITORS shop in York last week when they tried to sell me a trail shoe for road use
Both pairs arrived within a couple of days, well packaged and with clear paperwork.
