Call themselves 'specialists', sorry but no chance, I said that the trainers felt tight/small and was told it's just that they are new. I ran 1 1/2 miles and couldn't feel my toes down my right foot, I took the trainer off and then placed it back on and tried to run a further 1 1/2 miles. I was in agony with my right foot. I was not offered to go on the treadmill and was told by the owner that the trainers fitted me! We visited the store again and he wouldn't do anything, he didn't even look at the trainers and just said "what do you want me to do about it". I would NOT recommend this shop even though I have purchased items before from them. VERY POOR SERVICE!!
