If in the UK avoid AT ALL COSTS - 20% VAT to be paid and no mention anywhere that this purchase was shipped from the continent and therefore would be exposed to such costs. Trying to call your customer service is impossible and you are very vague on what can be returned or not - you're basically behaving like a scam.
