I just wanted to send a quick note about our butler we had on Friday night. His name was Cassius and he was absolutely brilliant. I work in the hospitality industry and I know that people are so quick to complain and sometimes forget to pass on good feedback - which is just as important. We were a bit nervous as we were a small group and hadn't had a drop of alcohol when he arrived. However, he was so friendly and professional and made everyone feel comfortable which made the night a HUGE success. Please pass on our thanks to him and the relevant feedback team. I will most definitely keep you guys in mind for any future corporate events I arrange.
