Customer service is very slow and not the 1 business day response. After 5 days (3 business days) I still not not have a response about my undelivered parcel which was supposedly despatched on 30 November.
This was supposed to be part of a Christmas present for my sister....now too late to ship even if I received the parcel.
Lack of shipping details makes tracking impossible.
