I use the marine collagen from Hunter and Gather and have been doing for a year or so now. The difference in the strength of my nails and thickness of my hair (i have fine hair) is incredible. Even the nail technician last time I had them painted commented on how strong my nails were! It's a great product for replacing some of the collagen lost now I'm in perimenopause too.
