I have been involved in a P2P dispute on Huobi for more than a month (Order ID: 1362297172582707200).
The buyer failed to provide any valid proof of payment — only a low-quality, unclear photo. Meanwhile, I submitted multiple screenshots from my banking app clearly showing that no payment was received.
I also explained that my bank account is restricted, making it impossible to provide a full statement or record a login video. Despite this, I provided everything I could, including a video showing access issues.
Still, support keeps delaying the resolution and now says they cannot help me. This is extremely unfair and puts sellers at risk of fraud.
I kindly request that this dispute be escalated to a senior moderator for proper review and resolution. I’ve been cooperative throughout, while the buyer is unresponsive.
